Thank you for your interest in the PAFEA after-school program. All interested
persons are welcome to apply.
The following steps should be taken to apply for financial assistance:
- Complete the financial assistance application and return it to PAFEA
with all requested supporting information. Click here:

- Include a copy of your most current pay stub and 1040 tax form and your
W2 and tax returns for the past two years.
- AFDC and SSI recipients must include a copy of disbursement voucher.
- We realize that some individuals and families are subject to difficult
situations and that requested documentation may not be available. Please
submit a letter to PAFEA explaining any such difficulties so that we may
work on pursuing other options.
- Upon return of your completed application, a PAFEA representative will
contact you. The PAFEA administration will evaluate your current needs and
determine the amount of assistance PAFEA can provide within our annual
budget of $2,500 for financial assistance.
PAFEA program financial assistance is made available through our community
fundraising efforts and donations and we are exploring avenues for obtaining
governmental grants or related support for the PAFEA program.
